SxQM (Subscriber Experience QoS Management System)
Description
A subscriber experience QoS management system that collects a range of data that can be used for network quality analysis, service quality analysis, customer behavior analysis and service quality monitoring. SxQM provides a basic coverage map based on the signal level received from measurements of the agents, which can be used to pinpoint the exact location of the poor coverage. The reporting output includes the option to view any KPI or set of KPIs instantly on the map, and the map interface allows customers to make detailed problem analysis by using neighbor relations. A real-time drive test can be monitored with one or more selected agents and troubleshoot by using handset based data with SxQM.
