A synthetic traffic generation engine that enables network pre-assessment, voice and video quality troubleshooting and real-time problem identification and resolution to monitor end-to-end voice and video sessions over IP. Features include:
* Comprehensive, standardized reporting features and advanced analytics provide synthetic call testing results. Specific reports include top 30 suspect sessions, session Quality of Service (QoS), event status and suspect calls.
* A variety of testing options, including a stress test that increases voice/video sessions to determine when quality starts to degrade; a continuous QoS test that provides alarm alerts for a QoS threshold breach; network trace technology that generates alarms for route path and Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) changes; and codec tests to verify that different codecs are working properly.
