Description
A web-based tool that provides mobile network operators with network performance information. Secure website displays performance statistics. Network alerts can be sent to users by SMS and email, and weekly reports with key performance indicators can be automatically generated and sent to users by email. Key performance statistics include drop call rates, block call rates, traffic, handover statistics, channel availabilities and usage information. Can also be utilized to understand how the network performance changes with ongoing network configuration changes, including cell site additions, power adjustments, antenna modifications, frequency additions, handover parameter changes and more.
