Purpose
IoT World Alliance is a group of telecommunications providers working to simplify the process of deploying M2M and IoT solutions. As the industry evolves beyond connecting machines, the alliance enables remote configuration and local connectivity using eSIMs (or virtual SIMs) and embraces the broader and deeper scope of the overall Internet of Things. Additionally, the alliance works to minimize the complexities associated with global management of wireless devices. The Alliance provides a global solution that streamlines the adoption of IoT communications in more than 60 countries through its Single Global SIM service. For most MNCs, it means one relationship with its preferred alliance member, one contract, one invoice and one payment for services across the Alliance’s footprint.
